Scottish Utility Breeds Association Champ show, and Dalmatian Club of Scotland Champ show
I love a joint champ show, and it’s a first for us, going to Kelso, and for the first SUBA champ show. Yesterday we took Mac and Seren his time, although Lottie did join us later to say hi to people! We started with SUBA, with Mac in Veteran, I still can’t believe he’s aContinue reading “Scottish Utility Breeds Association Champ show, and Dalmatian Club of Scotland Champ show”
Boston Champ show
Ellie and I went to Boston Champ show with Seren and Lottie. We’ve never been to the Rutland showground so it was a bit of an adventure for us, and started with a quick stop for breakfast at MacDonalds. Ellie does love a hash brown or two 🤣. It was a lovely day and weContinue reading “Boston Champ show”

Critique from the Scottish Kennel Club May Show
Seren’s critique from the May SKC show. Thank you to judge Jenny Wright for such a comprehensive, honest and helpful critique.I always find showing Seren more stressful than Lottie or Mac, maybe it’s because she’s my homebred baby, and my pick of the litter, but I love what she does in the ring and howContinue reading “Critique from the Scottish Kennel Club May Show”
Scotland

National Champ Show
First champ show since Crufts, and it was just Seren and I. I do like National, lovely, big ring, spacious benching, and it’s always been good weather. Under judge Charlotte Page, Seren got a respectable Reserve in a strong Post Graduate class. I was super pleased with how she went for me, especially as itContinue reading “National Champ Show”
Crufts 2024
I know it’s nearly a month since Crufts, but I was waiting for some photos to arrive before posting. First up was the handsome Albus (Ailsadot Astral Peacock), in a Post Graduate class of 25. He was shortlisted to the last 8, I am super proud of both him and Emily for doing so well.Continue reading “Crufts 2024”

North of England Dalmatian Champ Show
We went to the North of England Dalmatian Champ show yesterday. It was lovely catching up with people I haven’t seen in months. We took all three dogs, Dave came along as there’s an air museum not far from the show ground. Mac was up first, and got 2nd in Special Junior Veteran.
