Life with Spots
I was up at the crack of dawn, so took the dogs out for a sneaky trip to the beach without the family! Just me and the Spots, no conversation, just walking and playing! Oh and posing!

Every now and then I like to hire a secure field for an hour and just let the dogs roam free, sniffing and playing without the worry of meeting other dogs.
Today we tried a new field, and I think it was a big hit, both with the Spots and with the girls! There was plenty of space to run, and the added bonus of agility equipment to play with. It was a bit nippy, frost on the equipment, but the Spots didn’t mind.

I wanted to get some up to date stacked stand photos of the dynamic duo, so I arranged a photo shoot with a friend … best laid plans 🤣
The weather was lovely, the autumn leaves added to the ambiance, shame the Spots were not as co-operative as they could have been 🤦🏽♀️🤣
The stands …

The ones with Mum …

The others …

As am quite an anti-social person, I like to walk the Spots out first thing in the morning. At this time of year that means the sun usually is just waking up, so we get beautiful sunrises to watch on our walk.

We went for a walk in the local linear park, and there are some big rocks. I have photos of Mac posing on them, so I thought I’d get some photos of Lottie on them.
What was I thinking??? Epic fail 🤣🤣

I did manage one half decent one …

The Spots and I took a trip to my parents to do some jobs that they needed doing. The Spots love their Naini and their Naini’s home as there is a big garden and a big paddock to play in. While I did all the outdoor jobs, the Spots played, paddled, posed, played more 🤣

We took the Spots and girls to the beach this morning. Both Spots had a great time running and playing. And then Mac found a football, he does love a ball. He played with and carried it around for about 20 minutes before Lottie managed to distract him from it.

We took the Spots to a secure field this morning so they could have a good run round.
Ellie did some training with Lottie, practising balance, jumping and middles. Mac played with his ball, he doesn’t do jumping over, or standing on, tyres 🤣🤣

The girls are in the Scout movement and took part in the Great Indoor Weekender, basically a camp at home. They joined in the virtual campfire, and it is compulsory to have toasted marshmallows. Mac tried very hard to get Ellie to share … she ignored all his efforts, and he tried and tried, can’t fault his persistence!

The Spots won a photoshoot with Photopurity during National Puppy Week, so in June we went down to Newent to experience an outdoor photo shoot. Phil was great, he took his time, but it was a hot day so the dogs panted a lot, not their best look! I was really pleased how he approached the shoot, some posed shots and then a natural shoot in a meadow.
We went back down today to look at the photos and pick out the ones we wanted … that was a really tough job, I loved most of them! Fortunately the girls were tougher!
