Posing with the daffodils

We are lucky to have a little village green that always has beautiful daffodils at this time of year. Every year I intend to get photos of the Spots with the daffodils and every year I don’t get round to it.
So this year I have had a couple of special outings to the green to get photos … with varied success 🤣

And the less successful photos …

Play time in the paddock

Mac and Lottie get on really well and love playing together. However, they don’t often play on walks, even when there is lots of space, too busy moving forward and sniffing. So at least once a week I take them over to the paddock at work for a play. I also use the opportunity to do a scatter feed when it’s not wet.

A bit of fresh air

The Spots are loving the girls being at home as it means extra walks, as the girls use the walks as their PE lessons, or just to escape or delay a lesson they aren’t keen on! The Spots aren’t complaining though, and Lottie loves getting the extra treats, she does love her treats!

Lickimat Chucky eggs!

I like to give the Spots something to chew or lick in the early afternoon as it helps encourage calmness and sleep through the afternoon when we are all working.
Today I decided to do scrambled eggs on their lickimats. They were very good and waited patiently whilst I cooked the eggs, I confess there was drool, quite a bit from one of the Spots, can you guess which one?

And I had a productive afternoon whilst they snoozed, win/win!

What do you mean, they have to cool down?
