I love it when there are a couple of shows on the same day at the same venue. Whilst it makes for a longer day, it allows more time to chat and socialise.
Today we had the Lancaster and District Canine Society and the Morecombe and Heysham Canine Association shows. It was a bit hectic at times, juggling rings, but lots of fun. We just entered Seren in both shows.
We kicked off with the Lancaster and District Canine Society show, and the Dalmatians were judged by breed Specialist Hannah Patrick. In the Junior class Seren came second, just a bit bouncy on the run. She was then called back to compete for Reserve Best of Breed and she got it, so really proud of her. She was much more settled on her second run.

The Morecombe and Heysham Canine Association Dalmatian classes followed. Seren won her Junior class and ultimately won Best in Breed. She sadly didn’t get placed in the Utility Group, but she showed her socks off.

The final class of the day was the AV Junior stakes class, which she won, winning pocket money, which she spent on furry rabbits feet and plaited pizzle braids to share with Mac and Lottie.

I love how settled Seren is at shows, she just chills out until she nbeds to be in the ring …
